GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders requesting express delivery will be processed within 2 days for items in stock. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be begin processing on Monday. Orders requesting ground shipment will be received in 7 to 10 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL Ground as standard to all US States except Alaska and Hawaii unless otherwise specified..
UPS Next Day, 2Day, and 3Day Select are charged depending on weight and destination. Our system automatically calculates shipping charges. To determine the shipping charges: first put all the items into your shopping cart then press "estimate shipping. " Here you will see all the shipping methods available and their costs.
Items may or may not ship together depending on which warehouse they are shipping from, however, shipping charges will be charged as if everything was shipped together. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail or phone to give you the following options:
1. Wait for item(s) to arrive in, usually within 2-3 weeks.
2. Cancel the item(s) or complete order.
TAX RATES
Tax will apply to orders in the state of Connecticut only at 6.00%.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
We only ship to the 50 U.S. states and Canada, Sorry. Any duties will be charged after the order is place, if applicable to your location.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product you may return them withing 15 days of receipt to obtain credit less a 15% restocking fee (20% for made to order items) and shipping charges (if applicable).
All returns and exchanges need to have a RMA number (return authorization number). To obtain an RMA number please submit your request on our Contact Us page. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number since it is then we determine where the particular item needs to be shipped to. Due to the high volume of orders we take items returned to us without an RMA will be returned to sender.
All returns and exchanges need to be made within 15 days of receiving your order, you need only pay shipping charges involved. An RMA number is needed for all returns.
